"The room was pretty gross overall. Water gets all over the bathroom floor during a shower. The hotel has a musty smell like smoke is trapped in the carpeting. The breakfast was decent and probably the only resealing quality. You get what you pay for. "

"The owner should take out the treadmill as it is broke and the staff said it’s been like that for a very long time. There was a bucket catching water from the ceiling in the middle of the hall way and I get the impression that is how the owner “fixes” things. In a few years this hotel will likely be run down as it is clear the owner is not going to reinvest in this hotel. The room itself was a 7/10 in cleanness and was not a bad stay. I travel a lot and would likely not stay here again but if you want a decent hotel close to Pittsburgh it’s an ok to stay. It is in a safe area with all the stores and restaurants you’ll need. Just don’t plan on working out there. "

"We got the room in hopes there was a bathtub to soak in. There wasnt. Kinda the whole reason i wanted to celebrate our anniversary in a hotel room. When i booked it it stated there was a bathtub. There was just a shower. So that was very disappointing. Otherwise was a nice stay"

"Rude, unhelpful staff, filthy room, breakfast empty 45 minutes before it was to end. We had a king suite and my teen daughter had to sleep on the sofa bed. The mattress was stained everywhere and had holes in it, the sheets were dirty, dirty walls and doors, stained bench seats, something foamy and crusty all over one of the bar stools. People screaming and fighting in the halls, banging on the door all night long. Front staff refused to help at all. At one point I was told that it was a reunion or something and they are fine, just deal with it!” It was the worst hotel stay that I have ever experienced!"

"Bathrooms were really small and ceilings are low in them. I am 6'4" and it was hard. Only one elevator was working. Staff was friendly and professional."
