When I asked about shoe polishing available, they discovered it wasn’t available locally and then drove to the next town to get it for me. That level of care and attention is rare and speaks volumes about their commitment to guest satisfaction. "Lovely hotel right in the middle of Bantry, staff is always forthcoming and very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean, the view over the harbour just beautiful. Definitely recommend, coming back here again as always - my top hotel when I visit Bantry."
