Barry replied to all questions and concerns immediately. We feared our flights might be canceled due to government shutdown and he promised a full refund if that happened. The kitchen and bathrooms are newly remodeled. The bedrooms were large and the beds comfortable.

We were here for Sesame Place. The hotel is located in a business park, so there is nothing within waking distance. However, anything you need is writing a 15 minute drive.

When you can't get a good night sleep everything else becomes lost. Also, room service? Why not? The price per night didn't quite meet the expectations

I like the bedroom but the pool was just gross. My kids wanted to go to the pool so bad and when we got there we just couldn't do it. We went in the pool and stayed for less than 10 minutes. I did report it to the staff
