"This was a beautiful spot to stay. Short distance to many sites to see as well as shops, cafes and restaurants!! Only issue was that it was VERY hot as NO air condition! Had 2 very uncomfortable sleepless nights as weather was in high 90’s and open windows did not help!! If you plan to stay at this place during the summer, be sure to bring a fan!"

"Margarida guided us right in and was a most gracious hostess. The villa was built in 1698 with a chapel and ruined convent adjacent. We had everything we needed to prepare meals.
