「First room we checked into had dead bugs all over the floor, something rotting behind one of the headboards, and remnants of animal fecies next to the other bed. We were able to get another room that at least smelled better. We booked a “no smoking” room yet there were burn holes galore. The staff seemed like they didn’t even want guests, seriously lacking in the customer service aspect considering they run the place. 「My only complaints are small. I was told it was a heated pool but it was freezing. Breakfast was out for a while and all the food was dry and not pleasant to eat. But better than many other hotels. Other than that an above average experience.」
