"This is a great hotel to stay when flying from Heathrow t5. The staff are wonderful and so helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The clincher for me is the pod which is a sort of people mover on a rail that goes to and from the Thistle and T5, it makes it so easy."

"The copper castle was an amazing place to stay, clean, comfortable, staff were amazing, children loved the animals and collecting egg's from the chickens in the morning. Owner's were very helpful and accommodating, will definitely be coming back for another stay."
