The staff was polite. I am a skinny guy and have some medical issues that make me look like the not to be rude but the street people or tweekers. I'm not though so it up sets me when I'm treated that way. Your staff was just polite and did the job.

Quiet stay in Everett

Staff was incredible! My room had a smoky smell, but management found me one that didn't have any cigarette smoke smell. Housekeeping did an excellent job of preparing the room. Very pleased with my stay.

The close proximity to shopping and Freeway access is the best asset for this location. And the rates are very competitive to other nearby facilities.

Good for overnight too!

Although we didn't have an "extended stay," it was a great place for a quick overnighter--Motel 6 prices but a much nicer room. We had a very comfortable full-size couch and a good bed. The kitchenette looked great although we didn't use it.

First time at silver lake Everett extended stay

Other than our next door neighbor getting beat up by her boyfriend after accusing her of cheating it was great. Customer service via Felicia was amazing. Parking was relatively easy and access to Costco was the best thing ever

Front Desk Friendly and greated us w/a Smile. Explained amenities the Hotel had to offer, also offered dishes, cooking supplies which was nice. She also if we needed anything, call or come down to the lobby and she would see what she could do. Complete night and day from night before. Glad we gave Extended Stay another chance, by changing locations.

Pull out bed was really dirty so we didn’t use it. One person slept on the couch and 3 of us on the bed. Hallway floor was sticky. We checked in at 12:30am and left before 11am so we didn’t make a big fuss about it. Good customer service during check in.

We stayed over xmas because my parents live in the area. Extremely bare bones hotel. We didn't realize people stay for long periods of time, and the clientele feels rather shady. The elevator smells strongly of curry or dogs. The hideabed has stains and the couch mattress is terrible. However, the main bed is nice and comfortable, the room itself is clean, bed linens are nice, and the staff is super helpful and nice. It was quiet and we had no problems. Overall the stay was fine. I'd pick somewhere a little nicer next visit to the area since that matches my taste a little better, but if you're looking for a no frills, no drama cheap place to stay, this is a good option.

The staff was friendly, buuuut, it was a very dirty room. Floor had massive stains, the mattress on the pullout sofa bed looked like it was found in a landfill somewhere, hair in the sink, room smelled old and musty. elevator floor was sticky and disgusting. Definitely would not recommend.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the property itself was gross. This hotel smells like cigarettes, the floors are sticky, the shower didn’t work, they do not supply soaps or hair products, room keys kept failing, trees outside covered our cars in pitch. Do not recommend.
