Place that everything I needed as I was staying to visit some friends. It had all the amenities needed, and it was super quiet. Definitely recommend this place for those that are looking for a budget option if you are visiting the Evansville area since it’s about 15 minutes away

This motel is a throwback to the 1960s. My husband said it was just like ones he stayed in as a kid on family trips. Our unit was clean, quiet, well maintained. It had everything the current motels have...ironing board/iron, hair dryer, complimentary toiletries, full size mirror, comfortable bed. It even had a retro looking full size refrigerator which I really appreciated. So glad we stay locally in Mt Vernon rather than driving out!

Very good basic lodging in a nice town!

This is a very clean comfortable basic motel. We were welcomed by a friendly young man who made sure we knew all that we needed to and asked us whenever we ran into him whether all was well. Comfortable bed, easy parking made for a good stay! I recommend the Four Seasons Motel!

One night stay for a wedding at Higher Grounds.

Older motel, but very clean and perfect for a one night stay for a wedding that was at Higher Grounds. Only a 17 minute drive.

they were very accommodating to my late check-in. the hotel was quiet, felt safe staying here with my kiddo. room was clean, shower was clean. they provided toiletries. full size fridge.

Good place to stay for the money. Friendly staff

It's what you should expect from a hotel this star rating/price range. The place was clean and inexpensive. The staff was very friendly. Check in and out as easy as anywhere. They are remodeling currently. Our family of six took two rooms. We were in town for the eclipse. We would stay again.

False advertisement. Stated there was free breakfast when in fact there was no breakfast. Nothing in fact. Not even coffee or a packaged muffin. Just an empty table. The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable. Area felt safe.

We booked two rooms. One room had no tv remote. It was MOSTLY clean but had short black hairs in between the fitted sheet and mattress and little gnats dead on the sink. Also, I’m only 5’6” and was hitting my head on the shower head. Pluses: air worked great and it had a full sized fridge! Our second room had NO bath towels and had a take out container full of food in the fridge!! We booked here because they were the cheapest in the Evansville area but we clearly got what we paid for. Oh- I do love that they do keyless entry (pin pads on all the doors) so we didn’t even have to check in!

Room was clean and staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were pretty flat so we just ran down to the dollar general and bought a few cheap pillows. Channel options were good, it's always nice to have something you like to watch on TV (they have showtime options). Also the blanket on the bed was very thin, we prefer a thicker blanket/comforter on the bed to sleep with. Couldn't figure out how to switch the shower to the tub faucet which wasn't a huge deal but the hot water did not last very long while taking a shower. The toilet seat was the wrong size for the toilet, toilet was elongated but seat was for a round toilet which was also not a big deal but just kind of awkward. Also, I love the keypad option to get into the room, so much easier than carrying a keycard around.

Went by the pictures online and they looked nice. They didn't have the double room we had reserved, so we took a king room. Pictures showed beautiful pool area, room with pretty artwork, white bedding, leather chair. Stated that breakfast was included, but when checking in, there was a note stating no breakfast. Pool area was very overgrown with weeds and pool liner was torn. Bedding was a stained dark blue blanket with a cigarette hole in it. Sheets and pillowcases were clean. Thin scratchy towels. The a/c unit was above the clothes cabinet and we couldn't reach it without standing on the wobbly, cheap desk chair, which was not a nice leather chair. The best things in the room were the nice fridge and the large flat-screen TV. Wasn't comfortable with the lock on the door. Did not feel safe at all.

It is an old school motel but very well maintained. Amenities were a little sparse. Only a couple of towels, a couple very small soaps and shampoo. No water glasses or coffee machine and cups in room. It did have a microwave and full size refrigerator. All in all adequate for a short visit.
