Featuring walking trails with restaurants and shopping just a few minutes away with brand new golf cart available to use for cruising the neighborhood. Beautiful minimalist modern home with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Each bedroom has a private bathroom including two owners suites on the first floor which feature ensuite bathroom amenities. Open concept kitchen which includes Thor gas stove and bar stool seating which opens to living room set up with speaker system and 77 inch tv. Garage features launch monitor and hitting mat to practice your swing after spending your day watching the pros.
