Our stay was really good. The property was clean and comfortably and convenient. Everything we expected but we had trouble with the keys. After getting the keys from the safe (easy) we proceeded to try to unlock the back door near the safe, presuming that was thd door to enter through. After much trying no key would open that door so we went to front. Put wrong key in front door and the key broke. It took us a while to solve the problem but we did but alas a broken (worn) key. I reported the broken key but never heard back so i am concerned that the next booking will arrive to a broken key.
