Host interaction, wi-fi wouldn't work. We had to use up our hot spot to watch TV messaged the host. We got no relpy no help with that. The hot tub needs cleaned. There was gross slimy film all around the water line. The kitchen floor has very soft spots in front of the refrigerator area. Someone is going break through that soon. The shower caddy in the main bedroom has mold around the sunken cups. May I suggest that if you're going to advertise a Fireplace in the description you might want to either state that the renter needs to supply their own firewood / fire logs. Most every other rentals I've ever rented supplied fire logs/firewood.

The location was great. Out of town, but still close to town. The heating element on the hot tub went out on the day we were checking in. They let us know and did promise to refund us 40. I had to message twice before I got the info to make the final payment. I had to message to get the check in and check out information. I had not experienced that with VRBO before. A sign at the cabin told us info was in the visitor binder, but we were never able to locate one. Things looked clean on the surface but the mattresses were very stained, walls were filthy.

Home not in great condition. Hot tub not functional. Smells smoked in. Damage to kitchen floor. No response from management via text or phone. Linens were clean. Quiet area. Access to lake was nice.

The location and access to the lake and walking path was very pretty and convenient. It was very easy to launch a paddle board from the bank. However, the inside of the property was dated, very dusty, and looked like it hadn't been cleaned, vacuumed, mopped, or have fresh linens in one bedroom. We could only use the hottub for one night as it had a significant leak and the water level dropped well below the jets. The host said I could use the hose to refill the hottub, but the water hose spicket also had a terrible leak. There wasn't enough pressure to push the water through the hose. It was a dissapointment to say the least as that was a deciding factor in booking this home. I experienced poor communication throughout our stay from the host as they mentioned they were out of town. The host did have someone come out to change the air filter for us though.

Great place!!

We came by boat with friends to the marina at Holiday Island. We were staying the weekend to visit Eureka Springs. The place was as described and actually exceeded my expectations!! The owner was friendly and VERY accommodating!!!Overall a great weekend for us and the VRBO made it even better!!

Wonderful location

We have stayed here before but it was a while back so we couldn’t remember the layout. It was perfect for our fishing trip! Actually the access to bank fishing, right out back, was so much fun. Close to Eureka Springs.

Lovely quiet place on the lake

This place was so lovely. Very peaceful. Hot tub was amazing. We absolutely enjoyed that. Lake is 50 feet from back deck. Caught some fish. Had a nice relaxing weekend with my husband. Absolutely coming back several times over the summer. Cannot wait for my next mini vacation.

Spring Break 2025

Great location for biking, fishing, golfing and hiking. Mike was extremely quick and responding to our questions. Would love to stay here again. About 50 minutes from Bentonville, 15-25 minutes from Eukeka Springs and Roaring River. Plus Table Rock lake is in the backyard.

Not as secluded as the pics make it seem.

We had to contact Vrbo to get in touch with the property manager because we got no check in procedures just an email with the same info on the site saying I should receive an email with that info. This is a four plex type property and the other houses are very close. The house itself wasn’t clean. There was hair in the bath tubs, on the counters, and in the bed. Dust all over the ceiling fans. Dust and leftover trash under the beds. There was no check out procedures so hopefully they don’t throw a bunch of charges my way.

Love this duplex

Second time stayig here. Love the place so much being by the water to see nature! Love going on a quick drive to downtown eureka! Planning another trip very soon with all of our friends to enjoy it together! Total 5 star for sure!

Perfect!!

We stayed the weekend for a wedding and this property had everything we needed. Teenagers were happy there was a hot tub! And the location was perfect! Not to mention, it was mid October so the colors were absolutely beautiful!!

Comfortable but lacking

It was comfortable and roomy. Beds need upgraded, one was very hard the other was too soft and almost fell into a hole on one side. Cleaning could have been better, walls had some bugs that had been sprayed but not wiped down. Hot tub was not clean and had heavy calcification on the surface so didn’t get to use. Location was great, surrounding was beautiful scenery. It was quiet and peaceful!!
