Problem checking in and out No one to check us out as we had a very early flight home and auto check out wasn’t working so had to leave room cards inside the door No tea or coffee despite there being tea and coffee making facilities No milk etc Room clean and staff friendly and good location in terms of city sights

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the check-in was quick and efficient. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and during the night it was unbelievably quiet…especially due to the proximity to a major airport. The room is definitely soundproof because when I opened the window, I was reminded where I was. Closed it - total silence. Also, the breakfast was really delicious…not just “good” but actually delicious! You will NOT find a breakfast that good for that price anywhere in the U.S. Finally, the check-out was a breeze, too…finished in roughly 30 seconds. It was very obvious that these people take great pride in what they’re offering. They have no desire to be remembered for anything short of excellence. One more thing…when you come to Germany, you are treated to courteous behavior. The German people don’t slam their room doors or hold loud conversations in the hallways at all hours. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel, and I will stay again.

Close to train station and subway. Close to touristy places in munich and good restaurants. Taxis were accessible. Staff was great. Beds were not very comfortable. Some city noise at night. Good breakfast.

Out of the way . mens club across street. Had to walk through unsafe park to get to Ubon

Friendly staff, quiet room, comfortable room, there is a playground for the kids nearby, big park, U-bahn 5 minutes from the hotel. But the door to the bathroom was from the glass and very heavy, we couldn't even close it properly. The room was very clean and I've found some hairs in the bathroom and on the bed.
