"The views did not disappoint! Sunset was magnificent every night and we could enjoy the view just as much from the inside as the outside on the back deck. We loved the property and the house was clean and comfortable with great communication from the host. It is also very convenient to the Pisgah Forest, DuPont State Forest and close to a wide array of grocery and dining options. Would absolutely stay again! "

"This is a lovely cabin property! The interior was very nicely furnished. The kitchen well equipped with new appliances. It has an old farmhouse sink, updated with modern fixtures. The beds were comfy and the house was well stocked with towels and linen. The whole cabin was exceptionally clean. It’s also close to DuPont (15ish minutes to the main visitor centers) for hiking or biking. Would definitely recommend this cabin. "

"The shower did not drain. The door did not lock and they ask you to remake your own bed and even change the sheets. Otherwise the views are great."

"Spring getaway for my wife and me. Location was main attraction with quick access to Hendersonville, Brevard, and Asheville. House is very nice and it’s always a plus to have a king size bed. Enjoyed sitting on back porch just relaxing and bonus of many nice shops, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops within an easy 5-20 minute drive. "

"Overall had a lovely stay here. The house was just what we were looking for in terms of amenities (we were traveling with 3 dogs), and was close to hiking and some good restaurants and breweries. I was disappointed to pick up about 8 bags worth of dog poop (not from our dogs) from the fenced in area while we were here. The fenced area is a good size, but not big enough that we could just leave it be with our 3 running around. Even though those visiting should be responsible for cleaning up after their own dogs, it should still be checked occasionally as it wasn't our responsibility to clean up either. It'd be awesome to have a motion sensored light over the fenced area for night time potty breaks, but we just used a flashlight. The house itself had everything we needed, the only suggestion I would make is to have all the check out information easy to find in one place such as the welcome binder. There were lots of instructions on the walls which is fine, but they were scattered about and we were worried about missing something that we needed to do. We would stay here again, and always appreciate a host that is welcoming to multiple pets! They were also very quick to respond to messages."
