Studio apartment fully furnished with all the bed linens and towels, dishes, and cooking ware. Unit is 600 sq ft. of open design with a tv/living room area with a futon and chair, a dining area with table and chairs/bench seating for 5, kitchen area with a 4 burner electric range/oven, microwave, and refrigerator. Sleeping area with a queen-size log bed, dresser, and large closet. Bathroom with sink, stool and shower. Cable TV with wifi internet, shared washer and dryer in the utility room. Perfect simple basecamp

This place is in a great location and has all the necessary amenities. The host was great with communication and answering any questions. It’s a perfect place to settle down after a long day in the Rocky Mountains.

A great experience

We had the bottom level of the house and it was perfect for my husband an myself. It was conviently located in a very quiet neighborhood and a great bargain for the area. Marvin was super nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Because we just wanted a place to sleep and keep our stuff,, this was great. If you are looking for a place to just sleep, close to Estes downtown or RMNP and no frills, this place was great. Large for a studio. Beautiful view. Not for the luxury seekers.

Nice Place

Getting in was tough, but we got that taken care of. Nice property in a cool town. Marvin includes nice touches that make the stay more home like.
