As you step inside the condo, the living area features a gas fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings spent snuggled up with a book or enjoying the company of loved ones. The deck offers a charming outdoor space where you can savor your morning coffee while immersing yourself in the breathtaking mountain views. The condo has two bedrooms, each with a king size bed, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area, providing space for up to six guests to unwind after a day of exploration.
Indulge in relaxation with a soak in the shared community hot tub, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Rockies. And for special occasions, Solitude Cabins offers a spacious gathering place accommodating up to 40 guests, ideal for hosting family reunions, corporate retreats, or memorable events amidst the serene backdrop of the Rocky Mountains. Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack or 4 K-cups depending on the property. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made.
