AMAZING! This hotel is beautiful... I felt like I was in the Garden of Eden. I loved everything about it. The food, the pool, the pristine rooms with an incredible bathroom and shower. If you are looking for a place to relax and forget the world, this is it.

We had a fantastic stay at Encantada. The staff is amazing!!! Kate, Adam, Daniel and the rest of the crew were so friendly, nice and helpful. The rooms were comfy and right on the beach. My husband and I can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel, the restaurant, and the entire staff. The building structure is designed with lovely wood and steel. Hotel Delfin was located within yards of the beach. The grounds were clean and the ammenities were sufficient for a few day stay. The staff were so friendly and had lots of tips for navidating the area. Eduardo & David were the best! The food (octopus & shrimp dishes) were among the best we sampled in Costa Rica. Playa Bejuco is a hidden gem with soft sandy beaches that are wide and very little travelled. We will be back again! Pura Vida.

We really enjoyed this resort, the staff was very helpful and always accommodating to us. We came in an off-season and felt like we were the only ones there. The food at the resort was good and the included breakfast was very tasty. Thank you to Michal, Charly, and Kevin for being awesome. I highly recommend walking the beach and taking in the views of the surfers and the mountain ranges that surrounded the resort.

Wonderful small hotel (9 rooms) owned and managed by fun, warm and welcoming couple. The hotel is perfect for people who are looking for peace and quiet ( guest are in their rooms by 10pm) and most of the guest will be tired and ready to bed after the day activities in the sun, by that time. We scheduled the hotel to pick us up at airport. It was so nice to get off a long plane ride and see someone holding a card with your name on it. From SJO to Jaco was in a comfortable Mercedes van with cold water and beer waiting for us. Once we got to Club del Mar, it could not have been any better. We discovered this charming hotel 2 years ago when we visited Costa Rica for the first time and were lucky enough to be able to return. My husband loves to surf and Hotel Dolce Vita is right in front of several nice surf breaks mostly filled with locals which is a good sign! The private room was very clean and just big enough to stretch out. The air conditioning was very strong. Nikki, the receptionist on duty during our stay, was a wonderful help to us and devoted some of her own time helping us plan our time in Jaco. The Backyard is one of those places that you really hesitate to leave a review about because you don’t want everybody to discover your secret spot. Cocomar is a wonderful retreat along a quiet beach, away from the hustle and bustle of nearby beach towns. We were greeted very warmly by the owner and staff, and our room was nice and clean with a balcony overlooking the gardens and the sizable pool - even a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. We loved the hotel. My wife and I were there for 3 nights as part of a combination business trip/vacation. The staff was wonderful, including great recommendations for restaurants.
