"Yes, the view was great. The pool was a great temperature, a little cool to refresh us. Plus 1 shower to take sand and sea off and another tap for feet and shoes . Lovely flowers in the garden. Great big fridge in the apartment. Breakfast was served in your room at a pre- agreed time. Every day different fruit and eggs , etc. "

"Highly recommend this property! We, as a family of 6 (one being a child) thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The setting is truly special, waking up to monarch butterflies, iguanas and vibrant macaws. In the evenings taking in monkeys, sloths, and a variety of other birds right in the backyard was unforgettable. The location is another highlight. The house is within a comfortable 15min walking distance to the small village (albeit no sidewalk, we simply ensured we were facing the cars and off the road), where you’ll find a beautiful beach, beachfront restaurant, local sodas, surf lessons and a small corner store. It is a great balance of quiet, privacy and convenience. Guests should note the beach has strong currents and speak with locals who know it best.A minor point, there was no basic cleaning supplies available for simple self cleaning during the stay (they do offer calling in a cleaner for pay for a minimum of four hours). All in all an absolute wonderful property! "

"Everything was perfect! Air conditioning worked well the layout was perfect for our group of 19 adults and 2 children. Jahvy was the best property manager. He was very attentive to our needs, he reccomended places to see and set up our excursions and transportation. If you are not renting a car, I reccomend renting a golf cart as the hill up to the property is steep. Everything was perfect and the views were amazing"

"When you leave the hotel for dinner, which you would probably want to do since the restaurant is terrible, be sure to return before 9 PM or else you will be locked out of the property behind a large gate. "

"This property was perfect for our family. The 3rd floor covered deck was amazing! It was the perfect place for shade and to escape the heat. The pool was beautiful and refreshing, fabian, the property manager was ni e and promptly reaponsive. We went to the beach a few times during our stay. We loved that there were beach chairs and a cooler at the house to utilize. That made our beach trip much more enjoyable. If you are going to this area in general, you should know that the entire town has no unifoed water source. Water comes from a large holding tank on the property. The holding tank ran out of water at 11pm the night before we were leaving. Text the property manager at midnight to let him know and the water truck was there by 9 AM.Unfortunately , we had to be out the door at nine a m , so no showers for us. It was just bad timing. I think refills are pretty prompt in most circumstances. The water they provide for showers and toilets cannot be consumed. So there is a separate large water jug available for drinking, brushing teeth, etc. My only complaint is it might be time to replace the coffee pot. It was stained and dirty to the point i was not comfortable.using it (note I did not notify the prooerty manager of this issue). They did provide a bag of coffee. I took it down the street to another family rental and made coffee there instead. Overall, we would stay here again! "
