"La casa no tiene aire acondicionado y a pesar de los ventiladores facilitados para cada habitación hacía calor. Los muebles de la cocina estaban rotos, con armarios desencajados, que para abrir uno tenías que abrir los otros porque se encajaban entre ellos. El mobiliario de la piscina estaba roto, sobre todo los sillones del exterior y alguna silla. "Hemos viajado la pasada semana santa un grupo de 14 personas con niños, la casa es perfecta con grandes espacios en la planta baja para poder disfrutar en los diferentes ambientes el salon comodisimo con muchos sofas, la cocina-comedor super amplia y bien equipada, y los dormitorios geniales cada uno con su baño lo que hace la estancia muy comoda. "Ha sido una experiencia muy buena, la casa estaba genial, fuimos mi pareja y yo con mis cuñados para descansar un poco de la ciudad y del estrés, y realmente el ambiente y lo agustito que estás en la casa es genial. Lo único que hace un aire terrible jaja pero es lo de menos cuando estas agusto y Santiago ha sido súper majo y nos ha aconsejado sitios muy guais, aparte de todo pudimos llevar al perrete que ha disfrutado de la terracita y del campito, sin duda volveríamos a ir."

"The hotel provides a fridge and kettle. The hotel is just yards away from several bus routes that will take you to the Renfe train station, sightseeing and shopping. It is about 500 meters to the Palacio del Infantado and a bit further the Cathedral, parks and historic area. The museum of Guadajara is not to be missed. AC hotel is a good base for visiting Siguenza and Alcala de Henares via train. "

"It was good for the price! Expect minor flaws which probably vary from room to room. Pros: Most importantly, it was very clean. WiFi was reliable. The restaurant was good. Most of the staff were nice. There was a pretty park and old palace right next to the hotel and plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. There was also a cool history museum within just a few minutes walk. Cons: Toilet flushed a little too hard and splattered, but it wasn’t that bad. I asked for a wake up call and never received one but no big deal, my phone alarm was enough. Aside from those things I was happy there overall and recommend it as a good budget option. I would stay there again. The five stars I gave take the price into consideration as well. "

"A lovely hotel just a short 15 minute walk from the centre and on the circular bus route to get to the bus and railway stations. The only issue was the noisy groups of elderly travellers having breakfast in the morning. Although they were seated in a separate area, they decimated the breakfast buffet and made it unpleasant for other guests. It would have been much better if they had a separate buffet in their own area."
