Family stayed for our daughter’s wedding. Great location to Firefly Lane Chapel. Kit was the best host I have ever booked from. She has all the small and large touches to make your stay amazing. This is an amazing House! Not only is it a beautiful, elegant, relaxing home away from home, it feels even more like home. Kit and her husband are so hospitable and make sure you are well taken care of. From prior to arrival to departure they make it stress free. Beautiful property!

We rented this property while in town for a wedding. The house was extremely clean, well taken care of, but had all the necessities needed for a short or long term stay. The owners are fantastic and super easy to communicate with. They even took time out of their day to show our kids and family the animals on the property. Would highly recommend staying here and we definitely plan to go back.

The Best VRBO Experience Yet

Kit was an INCREDIBLE host. The place was spotless, and so so so cute. It was big enough for fun family game nights and dinners. You are disconnected from any kind of city life. We will absolutely be coming back to Tennessee just to stay at Kit's place.

A great stay in the country

We had a wonderful time at "the farm house", which is what we called it in our conversations while we were there. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, private and quiet. There was plenty of room for our wedding preparations team, and even though you had to drive a bit to get to town, it didn't seem that far away from shops and restaurants. We had a great time, and we're sure other guests will too. Hats off to our hosts, they did a great job.

Relaxing Retreat

My friends and I cannot rate this property highly enough. We wanted a relaxing country retreat and we got one! The house is spotless, spacious and welcoming. The hosts have thought of everything. Checkin was easy and the one question we had was answered promptly. We enjoyed the porch, the patio, the sunroom and loved cooking in the kitchen. We have in fact already booked our next stay!

Carmel Farmhouse

The Carmel Farmhouse is a beautifully remodeled farmhouse with everything a family needs. My daughter was married at a local venue and this house was perfect to have my immediate family under one roof. Our host, Kit, was amazing with all of the details and communication. When we arrived, the home was already decorated for Christmas which made the experience even better. This was a wonderful time spent with family at a terrific home away from home.

My Sister, daughter and I rented this house for the weekend to attend a family wedding in Charlotte. This house far exceeded our expectations! So many other places don’t stock their kitchens, and this one was stocked beautifully with Utensils, pots, and pans, dishes, glassware, etc. The house had plenty of room for everyone, but still had this wonderful, cozy feel to it. It was also, immaculate! It was perfect. If we come to Tennessee again, we are definitely going to try to stay at this property.

My daughter got married at Cactus Creek Barn just a short ten minute drive. We absolutely loved this house! It was so nice and spacious enough to be able to relax and enjoy out of town family and friends! The bride and groom stayed and it was such a great place just to decompress from all the wedding craziness! I really wish there were more stars to give this place. The house is absolutely beautiful!!! The beds are super comfortable!!! The grounds are beautiful! This is a wonderful place to gather for a family event or wedding!
