We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carmels Landing!! The farm brought back so many great memories for my husband's family. The house was perfect for our family to stay in for our daughter's wedding weekend. Kit was quick to answer any questions I had during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!!

We came from out of state for a friends wedding. We wanted the bridesmaids to all be toghther. This was the PERFECT place!!! We all highly recommend staying here. We would Love to come back!! Excellent communication with the host!

The Carmel Farmhouse is a beautifully remodeled farmhouse with everything a family needs. My daughter was married at a local venue and this house was perfect to have my immediate family under one roof. Our host, Kit, was amazing with all of the details and communication. When we arrived, the home was already decorated for Christmas which made the experience even better. This was a wonderful time spent with family at a terrific home away from home.

My daughter got married at Cactus Creek Barn just a short ten minute drive. We absolutely loved this house! It was so nice and spacious enough to be able to relax and enjoy out of town family and friends! The bride and groom stayed and it was such a great place just to decompress from all the wedding craziness! I really wish there were more stars to give this place. The house is absolutely beautiful!!! The beds are super comfortable!!! The grounds are beautiful! This is a wonderful place to gather for a family event or wedding! This house tops all other rentals we have stayed in! I highly recommend!

My Sister, daughter and I rented this house for the weekend to attend a family wedding in Charlotte. This house far exceeded our expectations! So many other places don’t stock their kitchens, and this one was stocked beautifully with Utensils, pots, and pans, dishes, glassware, etc. The house had plenty of room for everyone, but still had this wonderful, cozy feel to it. It was also, immaculate! It was perfect. If we come to Tennessee again, we are definitely going to try to stay at this property.

This fabulous country home was among our very best VRBO experiences. The home was immaculately maintained and thoughtfully furnished throughout. The surrounding picturesque landscape provided a truly beautiful and relaxing time. Kit was an outstanding host making for the perfect stay. My friends and I cannot rate this property highly enough. We wanted a relaxing country retreat and we got one! The house is spotless, spacious and welcoming. The hosts have thought of everything. Checkin was easy and the one question we had was answered promptly. We enjoyed the porch, the patio, the sunroom and loved cooking in the kitchen. We have in fact already booked our next stay!

We had a wonderful time at "the farm house", which is what we called it in our conversations while we were there. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, private and quiet. There was plenty of room for our wedding preparations team, and even though you had to drive a bit to get to town, it didn't seem that far away from shops and restaurants. We had a great time, and we're sure other guests will too. Hats off to our hosts, they did a great job.

Absolutely beautiful home and farm! The hosts are beyond accomidating. We had a memory making stay, the house had everything we could need or want in a farmstay. We met with family and had an early Christmas celebration and gift opening. After we left they immediately let us know of a left gift and offered to mail it. Attention to details and kindness was beyond expectations! We would definitely recommend.
