Rustic cottage on picturesque Little Bay de noc

  • SUPER CLEAN Rustic family cottage located right on Little Bay de noc (great sunsets). GREAT for fishing, boating, kayaking, swimming, etc. 100 feet of frontage. 64 feet of dock out into the bay. Sandy beach area. Outdoor firepit. Two bedroom, 1.5 baths, kitchen, two refrigerators, outside grill, picnic table, Sleeps 8 comfortably plus a kids loft with room for additional 3-4 kids. Sleeps 12-14 in total. Two story building that overlooks the bay. Patio off the living area to sit, lounge and enjoy the sunset. Outside parking. NO SMOKING.
