Very friendly and kind staff. There was a problem with my room key which caused a beeping noise in the morning, but they took care of it immediately. Breakfast is decent. The room is spacious and clean. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood and a taxi stand is nearby. Overall this is a very nice place to stay in Erzurum.

İhtiyaçları tam anlamıyla karşılıyor.

Otel beklediğimden temiz, çalışanları da çok ilgiliydi. Çok memnun kaldım. İkinci seyahatimi planladım yine bu oteli tercih ettim. Şehir merkezlerindeki işlerinizi kolaylıkla halledebilirsiniz. Her yere yakın. İş seyahatlari için gayet yeterli ve iyi bir konumda bulunuyor. Eylül'de tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle.

Kahvaltı saatleri çok geç ve çok kısa bir zaman o nedenle yapamadım. Oda çok tozlu. Çöp kovası kırık açılmıyor. Ayna kırık. Duvar kırık. Duş başlığı sabitleme yeri kırık. Televizyon açılmadı. Wifi yok. Defalarca kez aradım sordum geçiştirdiler düzeltmediler. Hiçbir kattaki wifi olmadı. Hava sıcak değildi camı kapattım ama sokakta son ses araba ile geçenler rahatsız edici.

Rafo Otel’de 1 gece kaldım; ama vaktim olsaydı kesinlikle birkaç gece daha uzatırdım. Her şey mükemmeldi. Odalarda her şey düşünülmüş ve her köşesi çok temiz. Hele kahvaltısı..olağanüstü lezzetliydi her şey. Bulunduğu sokak da çok sessiz. Nezaketi, sohbeti ve kahve ikramı için resepsiyondaki hanımefendiye(adını hatırlayamadım:/) ve muhteşem kahvaltı için Atilla Bey’e çok teşekkürler. Bundan sonraki Erzurum seyahatlerimde kesinlikle burayı tercih edeceğim.

Odalar da toz yok rahat uyku

En çok dikkat ettiğim nokta bazı otellerde odanın içinin havasız olması. Genelde bu tarz odalarda halı fleks olmakta ve odanın içinde havada tozlar uçuşmakta bunlar beni etkilemekteydi bu nedenle uyuyamıyordum. Burda yerler parke ve oda içi temiz olduğundan ev konforunda uyuyabildim. Çalışanlar ilgili ortam sıcak ve güzel
