「Everything was great during my stayed. The owner was a little rude to us at the beginning of the check in process as he closes the check in desk at 7 pm and we were unaware of that. Also, all communication sent to us was in German and he suggested next time we should use Goggle Translate. Our head was blown away for his lack of disrespect. Other then that the staff was great and the place was pretty neat.」

「Große, moderne und sehr saubere Wohnung mit Küche. Es fehlte an nichts und ich habe mich sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Balkon und Aussicht vom Zimmer war ebenfalls vorhanden. Top!」

「コッヘムの街からラウンドアバウトを出てすぐ右手、レストランの上がホテルになってます。駐車場は建物の下。 トリプルの部屋は広くやや暗いがテレビは大きく、窓から城が見えた。アメニティは一通り有り、シャワーボックスも大きく使いやすかった。ポット、ミニバーは無し。アカウントを発行してもらえば、滞在期間中（24h？）wifi無料で使えます。レストランは21時まで。スタッフは23時頃居なくなるので、それ以降は裏口から出入りするよう言われました。 徒歩圏内に食事の出来るところは見当たりませんでしたが、車があればコッヘムの街まですぐなので問題ありませんでした。川の側で静かな環境、何と言っても眺めが最高！ 朝食には手作りのジャムやピクルス等。卵はリクエストを聞いてくれました。スタッフも皆フレンドリーて、1泊だけなのが惜しく感じました。」

「Overall a very nice stay. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Hotel was quiet at night which we appreciated. Breakfast was good and restaurant staff were friendly. Decor was nice. Very conveniently located to train station and to the town highlights. They are strict about not getting your room before check-in at 3 pm which can be inconvenient depending on arrival schedules. There is no mini-fridge in the room nor a safe. We would definitely stay here again.」

「The staff were super nice and helpful! The room we had viewed the castle which is beautiful day or night. I did have trouble getting comfortable in the bed it was slightly harder than my liking. My husband didn’t mind! Our only thing was the water from the open shower flowed out so I had piled the edge with towels so we it wouldn’t flood the bathroom or potentially slip getting out. Otherwise everything was great」

「オンラインでのチェックインを前提としており、スタッフがいる時間である夕方６時迄にチェックインをしないと、戸惑う事になりそう。チェックイン後も６時以降はスタッフに連絡を取れないので、部屋の温度調整や湯沸かしの提供依頼は、Expedia経由となった。ただし翌朝のスタッフ出勤後に直ぐ対応してもらえた。モーゼル川の流れを見ながらの朝食は素晴らしかった。 」

「Beautiful location, very clean room. Great view of the Moselle river and the surrounding spectacular landscape. Great dining and breakfast. Unfortunately we did not dine at the nicely set up white-linen Restaurant except breakfast. We were unaware (or did not read the fine prints) that we should have called ahead if we are arriving after 6 PM on the first night of check-in. We arrived late due to late start from Frankfurt. But the owners were kind enough to check us in. The only major draw back...
