Ernemont-Boutavent Vacations from ￥251,824

To start , this was my second visit to this hotel, previously in October 2018 I was there with my family and at that time I really enjoy the place, due to the great location, very close to one of the best culinary gems in Paris, accesible by any kind of transportation : subway, buses, etc. But 13 days ago it was a nightmare as we noticed that the air conditioning wasn't cooling our rooms, Paris was under a heat wave (I know that), but it doesn't matters the hotel neeeds to keeps their air system prepared for those events. During my first night I do have to go to reception to complaint about the temperature, they apologized a gave me a fan that basically do not help at all. At the next day I asked again in the reception for fix the air conditioning, Once we arrive at night tha room still in the same hot conditions, when I asked why, they told me that the AC tech fixed the air system, ( but in reality the room was probably hottest than the previous night, So I asked for relocate d us to a different rooms, but as the Hotel was full booked was impossible, Finally I had a 2 long hour of conversation with Expedia, that finished relocating me in another Hotel, but in worst conditions. So my advice if you are planning to go to Paris in Summer, season this is not the place to stay,,

Has a small refrigerator, great coffee machine in the lobey, wonderful location.

The room was only cleaned twice once completely and the other time only the bed was made and the dirty plates from the tea bags and cups were not cleaned or removed. And no tea bags milk or sugar. The shower head was broken and the shower was moldy. The lift only want to the 4th floor not the 5th floor and I ask if there was a lift to my room as I can not do stairs very well. Air-condition could not go below 21 degrees.

Furniture was beaten up and mattresses were old. There was a space for a mini bar fridge but nothing was there. The website indicated airplane shuttle but it was not provided
