"Great hotel/resort. Pet friendly (we stay with our dog) and staff was really helpful too. Breakfast was good too.. Rooms does not have A/C. On the other hand, you have the Church Clock that bangs every hour 24/7 so you can hear in the night as well. I think the owner of the hotel should talk with the Church to avoid the sounds at least at night. Normal price for what you get."

"La ubicación es excelente para conocer la zona. El camping está bien cuidado y es bastante agradable. En nuestro caso nos alojamos en bungalow. Disponen de 4, si es verdad que están los 4 en la misma zona, pero solo 2 de ellos tienen ubicación excelente con vistas al valle,que son los que aparecen en las fotos. "The hotel is located near the center of the city with a walking distance to restaurants, stores and even a large supermarket. There is a parking space next to the hotel (not an official garage). Since we visited out of the high season, we had no problem finding a space. Regarding the employees, some are very kind and some aren't. The air-conditioner in our room wasn't really effective. Breakfast was mediocre. "

Disappointing overall
"I stayed in early June ( out of season in the area) the hotel was in effect closed, no staff there ( just someone who came to check us in ) so no bar or food. No option for breakfast. I think we were to only two staying there. It was a one night stay (thankfully) and in the morning we had no Hot Water, just packed and left as no staff around. I understand owners and staff want holidays in the off season but then they should just have closed the hotel for a few weeks. Only positive point was safe parking outside for our motorbikes. "
