Be aware that there is NO ELEVATOR for the family rooms (3 bed accommodation) - we were sent across the street and we had to carry all of our suitcases up a narrow flight of stairs. My husband has bad knees and needed the elevator. The front desk just said that they were overbooked and couldn’t do anything for us and that at least it was on the second floor! The bathroom shower has no adequate door and the floor floods every time it is used.
Their restaurant and bar are closed. The front desk staff is rude and completely unhelpful.
I have to say the room was comfortable and location was perfect to walk to any area for shopping , restaurants etc. thankfully we were there only two nights. We would not stay there again.

"We have stayed at this hotel a number of times when it was the Radisson, but this was our first stay since it was part of the Van Det Valk group. Whilst it has been good to see money has been spent refurbishing the communal areas and also we could see evidence that bathrooms within the rooms are ..."
