「It's located very close to Assisi- 5 min to drive, and we really liked the location- surrounded by olive farms. Very quiet and beautiful. Nice to go for a walk/ hiking around.」

Breakfast is a pleasant dining experience. The hostess is kind and attentive. The décor is cool and modern and fresh. There was whqr appearwd to be a repaored leak which left a mark in our room. Great rain shower! Walkable to everywhere in Assisi. Picturesque. I want to return already.
The only things are:
99% of the TV cable is Italian, all streaming requirments with an account, the Annex suites do feel far away from...
「All staff were helpful. Has 2 restaurants one like a “proper” restaurant and the other more like a pizzeria/bar. Both very good. The hotel is sited just a short walk from all the main areas to visit. And not very far from where to take a bus. Taxi access to hotel door. Internet works well. A good value for money hotel. Would stay again quite happily.」
