「Great place. Very luxury 」

「The worse hotel I've ever tried. Inconvenient location far from the centre, you need a taxi. Lots of renovation with annoying banging every day. If you want a peace - do not use this hotel: swimming pool downstairs uses the music from morning until 8pm. It is a nightmare. Being on the 4th floor you can't even talk inside room due to the club music. I have asked to make it not too loud but got very negative aggressive response. Headaches guaranteed BED BUGS in the rooms. Please be careful....

「The Staff! Out all the 64 countries I’ve visited and all the hotels, this place had the kindest, most helpful, down to earth staff I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. 「I fell in love with this hotel and it's kind loving staff! First let me tell you about the hotel. It's brand new, with amazing view of the city. The rooms are nicely furnished with great balcony that over look the city. It's close to everything and they accomidates me at 3 in the morning for checkin since they have 24x7 reception. We informed them, showed them pictures, send them on whatsapp comment also, they did not even get back to us or say anthing 😅 like if it is very normal. Sofa was not clean also. I asked staff to arrange car and they arranged it so smoothly with various suggestions. I checked out hotel at very early morning and asked to call taxi.
