We traveled around France for two weeks, and this was our favorite hotel. The staff is very friendly, we enjoyed the bar downstairs and we loved our room. It was spacious with natural sunlight that was easy to block out. The location was great, too!

Trevligt litet hotell men saknar en trädgård att sitta ute i samt inget gott kaffe. Ligger väldigt centralt och bra.

My husband and I booked this hotel to be able to relax and enjoy some champagne sipping for a few days before we went back to the States. So glad we did. This was a perfect hotel to relax and unwind. It is within walking distance to all the Champagne Houses, the best bakery is on the next block, great restaurants and best of all the train station. The staff were warm and friendly and spoke excellent English. The room was cozy and the bed was nice. We hope to make it back at some point.

The property was well located but parking was on the street and you had to keep feeding the parking meters while parked. The property was very clean and we were greeted well. The staff was helpful. The room and bathroom were a bit odd in that we were placed on the top floor in a renovated attic room. It was in August and very hot that week. The air conditioning couldn’t keep up with the heat so the room was stuffy. In the bathroom, there was a nice walk-in shower. However, there was no place to set your shampoo, soap, razors, etc. while showering so you had to set them on the floor. Other than very few minor items, the property was very nice and I would definitely stay there again when returning to Epernay.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff. Only concern was room ten, loaded with low beams (obviously for support) by precariously placed for guests. One large beam on left side of bed, so dangerous. Even after sliding the bed to right side I managed to smack my head. We felt as if we were crouching every time we were in the room. I’d suggest moving bed to other side of room by door, it’s a bad accident waiting to happen…

Veldig sentralt hotell i Epernay, men litt overpriset til det man får. Rommet var rent og fresht, men ganske lite.
