Extremely good value

This was the second occasion we visited this hotel prior to getting the ferry in Santander, which is a short 17 mins drive away. We found the hotel extremely well run by very friendly staff and, fortunately for us, all the reception staff spoke very good English. Our booking included a continental breakfast, an optional extra for an evening meal was an open buffet. This was very reasonably priced with a wide choice, and we would thoroughly recommend it. Will definitely us visit again in the future. Extremely good value all round

Overnight stay

Very handy to the ferry port at Santander. (A 20 minutedrive). The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. We used the free Spa which was good. The evening meal was a buffet, which was pretty standard but the breakfast was excellent with fresh orange juice and bacon and eggs cooked freshly for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Una gran experiencia.

Habitación y excelente. La comida en hotel muy buena, tanto en desayuno, comidas y cenas. Cabe destacar la diversión para niños con chiquipark y el amplio horario de acceso a los niños al spa. Repetiremos sin dudar.

Le sobra una estrella.

Es un hotel al que le sobra una estrella. Correcto pero desfasado. El colchón súper duro, la almohada un rompe cuellos, las sábanas parecían lijas y ducharse era una odisea porque la mampara no hacía su cometido y encharcaba todo el baño.

El hotel me ha gustado mucho. La habitación doble superior con su bañera de hidromasaje excelente. Lo único que no me gusta es que para mí hace un calor excesivo en la habitación , hemos tenido que dormir con la ventana abierta

Buenas instalaciones, servicio cafeteria pésimo

Instalaciones espectaculares. Nos alojamos con una niña en una suite junior del hotel, la habitación muy amplia con una terraza-patio enorme y contaba tanto con ducha como con bañera hidromasaje. Tenía un pequeño parque de bolas-zona de juegos que para familias está bien. La única pega el pésimo servicio de cafetería del hotel, no solo por las malas caras sino porque costaba que te atendiesen y no paraban de discutir los trabajadores delante de los clientes sobretodo cuando las familias se ponían en las mesas de delante del parque infantil porque ninguno quería ir a atender a esa zona al quedarle mas a desmano. Desayunamos y cenamos 2 dias en el hotel y tuvimos que suplicar para que nos atendieran y hasta para pagar, la verdad un poco lamentable porque para nosotros el hotel de 10 y para niños muy recomendable. Otro detalle a mejorar sería que de vez en cuando alguien del hotel se pasase por el spa ya que a pesar de poner carteles de máximo 10 minutos en los jacuzzis la gente no respetaba, además nos cuadró durante la estancia con el hospedaje de un equipo de hockey que nunca utilizaron gorros en el spa a pesar de que estaba claramente indicado que era obligatorio y algunos llegaron a meterse sudados y con vendajes. Por lo demas todo fenomenal

Excelente estancia

Fantástico. Las instalaciones genial, la habitación amplia y limpia con buenas vistas. El spa muy bien sobre todo para los niños. Cerca de Cabarceno. La comida buena y el helado casero de los mejores que probé . Lo recomiendo. Volveremos.
