「Nice place to stay and good location.」

「Cute little place! The stairs up to the 2nd level are a little steep but no complaints at all. Just mentioning for reference. It was right in town and just down the street from the police station. I felt very safe. We visited in the winter and didn’t walk to downtown but in the summer it’s really walkable. So many great shops in downtown Miamisburg. 」

「Location perfect, clean and responsive host 」

「Great location near the shops in the historic Oregon District. Lots of food and drink options especially for the young at heart. Rental was quiet. Nice interior space with classic architecture and woodwork. Tastefully decorated, clean comfortable rooms and a comfortable bed. Lots of hot water. Good communication with the owner. The furnace kept the spaces warm with evening temps below freezing. We can recommend this apartment. 」

「Renter beware! The host for this place is the worst! I have never been disrespected before by any VRBO host and I have been renting for over a decade all over the country. Due to this terrible host, I won’t ever rent in Dayton, Ohio again.I had to contact VRBO over 5 times with one being at check in because we never received check in information.
