Welcome to Island Lakes at Coco Bay, located only 2.5 miles to the Gulf, and boat rentals are a short drive. This new villa comfortably sleeps six guests, and the home is set up for relaxation. Inside the house, you will find a fully stocked kitchen, dining area for 6, and living room with flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The master bedroom has a queen bed and master bathroom, guest bedroom #1 has a trundle, and guest bedroom #2 has two twin beds. #3 Bedrooms have a shared bathroom in the hallway. We have parking in the garage for two cars and in the driveway. Our home is a villa, a tranquil and beautiful area for biking and walking, and close to the sandy beaches.
