"Booking the room was easy with no issues. Lady at front desk was pleasant but not super informative. It is an older motel, but a lot better than we anticipated, actually. With a little more effort to maintenance and amenities it would be great. It’s in a wonderful location with a super breakfast cafe next door I highly recommend. They never told us about it…the room is set up condo-style with a small kitchen and living room combined, a surprisingly comfortable bed, and old but adequate bath. The back door opens to the garden area near pool which we did not use. Strongly suggest they add some cooking utensils, silverware instead of plastic spoons, an updated coffee pot (go next door), and more than the ONE glass and cup for at least a couple staying. An ice maker or ice machine nearby would also be a nice touch. It was a holiday weekend so we were happy to get a room altho the rate was a little high for window blinds that were cut in areas to look better, not tattered, but offered little to no privacy! . Nothing fancy at all but the room and grounds looked neat and clean…the A/C was a window unit which"
