O lado negatiovo é que parece que os funcionários, parecem estar em clima de grande incerteza, não sei se seria pela gerencia do hotel, juntamente com a pandemia. Este clima ficou evidente no dia em que um estranho invadiu o hotel e uma das funcionárias foi atacada verbalmente, ela se descontrolou e disse que iria embora. "Great option for whoever is in greater Rio and on a budget. I was really lucky to find this nice huge tower in Queimados outskirts but which has everything included. Not feasible for intended beach goers though."

"The property has a good location, but it is a very busy street and it doesn't have a good noise isolation. So, it was hard to sleep and the noise around starts early (5am) with local traffic and train (it is beside a train station). Staff if very kind. I had problems with wireless internet and they worked to give me a cabled internet to work. They are very committed with user experience, I liked that. Many restaurants and local stores makes it very accessible place."
