The staffs are very nice and helpful. The shuttle bus service is excellent

The hotel staff were very professional and welcoming.

Room was clean, staff was helpful, however, we need to walk at least 20 minutes to the Nagoya station.

Everything was great except the bed was not comfotable - stiff and lumpy.

Fantastic stay. If I ever return to the area, this is where I will definitely be staying. Large modern and comfortable room, with amenities such as onsite onsen which you can use. The hotels gives off a very luxurious feel. What's more, it is located right across the train station, making access very convenient.
