"My wife and I needed a hotel room for an Easter visit with our family. When in the area we always try to stay at the Marriott Courtyard in Folsom. It’s close to our kid’s homes, there’s plenty of places to eat and shops are nearby. Nick at the front desk always remembers us and this visit he provided an upgrade to a balcony room, waived the parking fee and gave us two water bottles. He’s one of the reasons we stay s Nick because of his professional and friendly manner in how he conducts his job. Thanks Nick and see you again soon. "

"We were a little hesitant at first to book here as all reviews were external and couldn't be viewed. But, we kept searching and finally found those 91 external reviews. They were great reviews so we went with it! So happy we did. Sheila, our host, made our trip there so easy and the home is exceptional! We had family out for Easter dinner. Everything we needed to prepare an Easter dinner for 8 of was there (minus groceries, of course)! Sheila was an incredible host; the beds were super comfy; the water pressure in the showers was amazing; the pool, while chilly due to being early in the season, still entertained the little ones and was great; and the location gave easy access to everything we needed.Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!"

"Horrible would be an understatement. Never in 12 years with VRBO have we ever had such an AWFUL experience. Property not remotely as described, it was flooding the electricity in the kitchen was not working an we were unable to contact host, construction workers showing up Christmas morning entering property while my family is showering and in pjs. Guy fell through the roof and the owners were MIA. It was horrifying to say the least. Second to all that, the home was not prepared with any toiletries, dish soap, bath soap, no garbage bags leaving us to find some place open for basic essentials on Christmas. Once their worker finally left. Owner finally called after 7PM and promised to call back the next morning. Never contacted us again. "
