"The hotel was inexpensive, and the facilities are quite old. The housekeeping staff works hard to keep everything clean, but some areas need renovation. For example, the bathrooms need new grout, and the edges where the toilet meets the floor are old and cracked. During my stay, I also saw a cockroach on the bathroom floor, which I believe came from under the toilet. The breakfast was continental—cereal, milk, bagels, and coffee—nothing impressive. However, for the price, it was acceptable. Out of the three employees I interacted with at the front desk, two were friendly, but one was not. He did not respond to my greetings or acknowledge my thanks for the service. "

"Room was clean but the hotel was very noisy. Fire alarm went off right after my morning shower. (I was trying to quickly put on clothes when it finally was turned off.) When I asked about it at checkout, I was told it was burnt toast in the dining room and they were working hard to get “the elevators and everything else back up and running because when the fire alarm goes off it shuts everything down.” Made me think maybe it happens frequently."

"Great cooking on the breakfast. Clean room. Friendly staff. Security swing bar latch on door had been broken in and merely patched back on, not replaced. I wouldn’t want my wife or daughter staying here alone without that being addressed. Parking is minimal."

They do Air B&Bs so we have some knowledge regarding air B&Bs because we’ve helped them..Their domes they have built and rent out in Nashville is called Short Mountain Holiday. (Check it out)I say all that because your home we rented was excellent like theirs. Ya’ll have thought of everything to make your home cozy, warm and very clean. It’s very quiet here. Your house was an answer to prayer for us. Thank you "
