"Need a litte more cleaning"

"1 elevator worked. they opened the service elevator which apparently can only stop on certain floors or else it gets stuck, the lights in the rooms are so low you may as well be blind. i didnt receive checkin instructions til an hour before time ( with the wrong days listed on it) despite a text saying i would receive said instructions to precheckin 3 days in advance. the area around was so safe that not even the ihop had customers. if i thought a charge back would work i would consider it. this place was bad"

"We turned down whatever breakfast was available as they charge a hefty fee for it - $10 for yogurt. Was was absolutely stunning, and something I have NEVER encountered in all my travels, they did not offer free coffee! Either as a standalone or at the breakfast counter. We stayed on the first floor and from the check-in area down the hall was the persistent smell of a toilet, urine or stool or both. Regarding the room, a bit neglected but more important than that was the arrangement of the king sized bed that did not fit fully on the wooden frame allowing the frame to protrude a full six inches. This became a shin biter! I’m not going to waste any more time on this review as I would NEVER stay at this place again. "

"I tried to cancel this via Expedia, Mariott, and even the hotel itself, and was not able to with a refund. Shame on you!!!! I will NEVER use Expedia again. And since I am in my first year of retirement, I would say this was a poor decision by your company to not give me a refund."

"The house was nice in and of itself besides the uncarpeted wood stairs and uneven floors (very dangerous). The kitchen table and folding chairs were pretty cheap and I was afraid my little grandkids would break them. Other than that it was okay but there very little amenities. We had to buy salt and pepper, paper towels (1 there), toilet paper (3 total rolls in 2 bathrooms), had to get the towels out of the dryer (which we were asked to wash before we left but no detergent was provided so we had to buy that too). We also bought a dust pan since there was none; the small vacuum didn't work so we had to sweep everything (not a problem if you have a dust pan). A few skillets were provided, 1 or 2 pots, no grill as advertised. It's seemed like every time we turned around someone was saying "Are you kidding me?!" because some basic thing wasn't provided. The management company was pretty prompt on fixing the heater when in went out but we were not allowed to use the fireplace to keep warm. I'll still use Vrbo but I am not recommending this place. "

"This home was great, the size of our family put this house to the test! The huge pool was our savings grace! The kids and granyoungins were swimming constantly. The host was amazing and super responsive, thanks Tony! He had his pool cleaned every and sent someone to pick up our trash bags...10 adults and 8 kids can sure make a mess! Tony checked on us frequently making sure we were comfortable. Great time wad had by all!"
