Ocean views from this 2nd floor, 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo in the Pebble Beach Complex! The bedrooms include a queen, double, and two twin beds. Enjoy 4 TVs (cable in the living room and master bedroom, plus 32" Smart TVs in bedrooms 2 and 3), along with central air/heat, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, and a wet bar. Each bedroom has its own private balcony, and the deck overlooking the ocean is furnished for relaxation.

The complex provides great amenities, including 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a weight room, tennis courts, grill areas, and WiFi. You’ll have 2 parking spaces.

Linens (bedding, bath towels, kitchen towels) provided. Starting 2025- beds will be made upon arrival. Typical turn day is Sunday to Sunday. Flexible stays allowed. No pets and no smoking allowed!

Please note: Only two (2) gate cards and two (2) parking passes are provided per reservation. Additional cards or passes are not available.

In Town For Our Family Wedding

We were here for five days staying for our son‘s wedding. It was great close to where our venue was close to all the stores and restaurants and the location was great in regard to where the pool and the beach was. We were in room C204 and would probably recommend some updates and some maintenance. Our bedroom was the master bedroom and the bed had vent legs and actually collapsed when sat on the corner of the bed where the leg was bent. The front bedrooms were the twin beds are and the other full-size bed did not have curtains on the sliding door doors no curtains no blinds it let in a lot of heat not to mention there was really no privacy when changing these bedrooms face the parking lot. Not a big fan of carpet in beach condos. The bathroom floor is peeling up in the master bath. The kitchen counter is cracked multiple places and pulling up as it is a Formica countertop on a positive note. There was plenty of room. It was spacious. It was well stocked. There was games and things for the kids to do. The living room was very spacious. Overall we were pleased for the amount of days that we were there and enjoyed our time we appreciated the security gate and how secure the resort was the security gate. The young man at the gate was very nice and very accommodating as we came through each and every time that he was there. The beach path was nice. The pools were very nice. We had plenty of towels and other linens.

Good vacation spot

Overall good place to stay. The rooms were a little outdated and needed some maintenance (refrigerator was leaking inside, broken bed frame, and broken blinds or entirely missing). I did see a large water bug in the bathroom also. But otherwise it’s a great location, close to the beach and nice pool.

Family getaway

Enjoyed our stay. Property well located near pools and beach with ocean views. Property was clean and adequately stocked with the basics. Management was responsive to questions. Property needs some updating, but didn't impact our stay. It was perfect for our family.
