Location, location, location! Unbelievably gorgeous, peaceful and breathtaking views of the white sand beach and pristine, aqua color waters of the Atlantic Ocean for you to enjoy right from the deck/balcony and just steps away from a private beach access! Main level features hall, ½ bath, open concept bright, two-story living room with wall of windows, kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, two private bedrooms (one with a bunk bed and second with a queen size bed) with closets and a Jack-an- Jill bathroom. Upstairs: two private bedrooms (one with queen and second with king size beds), each with full baths (one of these bedrooms has a private balcony to enjoy direct ocean views, sunrises, sunsets, and dolphins cruising the shoreline). This property, duplex) has undergone extensive renovations in 2021-23 such as a TREX deck, impact windows, sliding doors, entry door, Hardie planks siding, all electrical panels inside and outside, HVACs/A/Cs, outside shower rooms, roof, cement fascia, soffits, gutters, outdoor showers, etc.

Lovely beach home right on the beach

The location and house are beautiful. If you are looking for a house with easy and convenient beach access, this house is it! My kids loved that the house was also stocked with beach toys and boogie boards. The only reason why i didnt give it a 5 star, is because of some imperfections with the house, like it not being very well stocked with items, specifically kitchen items. Cooking was challenging, and missing items like certain cooking utensils, pans, foil, oven mits etc. Also, the hot water in the breaker box, kept tripping, so we would lose hot water.

Great location right on the beach. Plenty of room for 8 people and less crowded area even on a holiday week. Easy check in and check out process.

Summer Retreat

We had a wonderful time in this property, the views are fantastic! The house was clean, and functional for everyone. We even appreciate there was a baby gate available as we forgot to bring our own. I recommend this host and property.

Amazing house and view

House was perfect for 6 adults and one baby. Easy access to the beach with an outdoor shower. Beach was not over crowded, great for family and children.

Generational Get Away

My multi generational family (88 - 14) enjoyed a week at this property. It is conveniently located between Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach, so you get the best of both worlds. The house was clean, tastefully decorated, and provided a great layout for those with limited mobility who wanted to enjoy the beach without having to leave the house. Bedroom/bath on first floor provided a walk in shower and access to living space without having to climb stairs.

Great place and owner

My partner and I, and our blended family, stayed here recently and loved it! The place was very clean and well kept. It has great access to the beach and easy parking. Tatiana was a great communicator and quick with any answers to questions we had. We liked it so much that we already talking about going back again soon.

Amazing Family Location

From the moment we walked in the door we felt a vacation Happiness! Pristine Clean home, kids were just as excited for bunk beds as we were for the short walk to the beach! Perfect rental for a family! Kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook meals. The access to the beach was the best to just come and go as pleased to go pick shells or fun searching for little crabs with the kids! Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your property. Highly recommend!!
