So I won’t complain much about them , But I would say some of the staff was a bit rude , I blew it off most the time but I wish they wouldn’t have the attitudes they had . "This Labor Day was the perfect weekend at the water front property. Property was very clean and host called me when I had a question about the room quickly. We really did not have to rent a golf cart because property is in walking distance for everything. I give this property a 10 and definitely will be using again my grandbaby enjoyed turning 5 at the beach house."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful experience renting this house for our large family's annual reunion! When we arrived the house was ready to check in earlier than the scheduled 4:00 PM time. Parking was good for our 5 vehicles. he street is very quiet with very little traffic, The house is an older home but was well maintained and was very clean. The beds were all very comfortable even including the beds in the bunk room area. The master bedroom has a claw foot tub and a huge walk in shower. The main kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans dishes, glassware and everything we needed for our 25 people, The straight out ocean view from the upper and lower back decks was amazing. The beach area behind the house was huge and we enjoyed the Hot Tub and small pool. I highly recommend this property for large family vacations and we plan to book it again next year."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! We stayed during the middle of our move from Texas to Panama City Beach, and it ended up being a wonderful place to call home while we were getting settled in the area.The townhouse was very clean, well kept, pet friendly, and decorated so cute. The layout is great. The downstairs area has bunk beds, a day bed, kitchenette, and shower, while upstairs has a large, comfortable king-size bed, TV, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and a cozy living room. Having the one-car garage was also a huge plus, and it was stocked with assorted beach items for guests to use.The location was one of our favorite things. The beach is within walking distance, and we loved waking up every morning and taking a long walk by the beach to start our day. It is also conveniently located near Walmart, restaurants, and plenty of other things you may need during your stay.We were there for a move rather than a traditional beach vacation, but it still felt like a little getaway during a very busy time for us. Everything was comfortable, convenient, and thoughtfully set up. We would absolutely recommend this rental and would happily stay here again. Five stars!"
