「Really a great hotel, in terms of professional and courteous staff, quality of room design and buildign architecture, facilities in great condition and room well appointed. The only downside is the area is pretty industrial. So you will want to have a car and need to drive pretty far to see things in Toronto.」

「Breakfast had a fair amount of options. Enzo worked hard to keep things stocked and was friendly and helpful. He answered all questions from guests. There seemed to be shortage of plates..he did the best he could to collect them and get them washed, but more plates would be helpful for the staff to use on busy days. 」
「I didn’t expect that kind of break fast and quick service. I called for hair dryer. It was replaced right way. The room was very clean. The employees in breakfast area were courteous and kind. All employees were performing their duties well. Parking lot was safe and clean.」

「We came down to go to Wonderland so we didn’t have much time at the hotel, We did get to enjoy breakfast the next morning and we did like that the bathroom is in a separate room then the shower so if you have someone needing the bathroom while someone’s showering it’s still usable. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Thank you for wonderful hospitality. 」
