"This was a lovely stay just outside of Idstein. The host communicated with us leading up to our check-in, making us feel comfortable and confident about what to expect. During our stay, they gave us amazing suggestions for where to eat, where to take walks and types of cuisine to try. "Super convenient location, but limited AC in the lobby"

"I wish we would have known where the meeting place for the shuttle was, that is at the Medical Center. Some correspondence telling us that before our arrival should have taken place. I think the transportation to the hotel could have been directly to the front of the hotel, instead of dropping us off a couple of blocks away. I also think a refrigerator and coffee maker in the room would have been very nice. There should be grab bars in the shower for safety sake. The hotel is very nice and clean."

"We had a long layover in Frankfurt and didn’t want to stray far from the airport as we were leaving early the next day. The hotel was nice but wouldn’t give me HH points as I booked through Expedia. Being that we were passing through in June it was hot and AC is a luxury only in the rooms. The other issue was the mang kindly lent us EU plug adapters for the night, we were worn out from traveling."

"We arrived by Uber from the airport and found an attractive entry and started the check-in process on one of the automated kiosks in the entry area. Managed to get all the way through only for it to throw an error saying it failed to make the key cards. Nearby at what appeared to be a bar the woman said she could help and she completed the check in and issued the key cards. Our room was on the small side, spotlessly clean, sparten but thoughtfully functional. The bed was quite comfortable. The climate control totally silent and worked well. In the lobby area was what I would call a coffee bar that also served alcoholic beverages and limited cocktails. The sitting/dining area was clean and comfortable. Breakfast the following morning was good but other than hard boiled eggs there were no other proteins. Everything was very good. We Uber'd to/from the airport because the free shuttle bus only runs every hour and of course due to the time of our arrival and departure we would have had to wait almost an hour for each direction. They really need to run their shuttle more frequently for it to be useful. Overall we all liked our rooms and our stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel for travelers who need to stay overnight. Please note that the trip from the airport to the hotel is longer than the trip from the hotel to the airport due to the way the roads are."

"The room was beautiful and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated that there were plenty of dining options downstairs. I was traveling solo so it was extremely convenient having the airport terminal across the way. It is only a short walk across a bridge to get to an elevator that takes you down to the level needed. It’s tricky to find, but if you ask for help it won’t be a problem."
