The front desk staff are very nice and very helpful. My room did not have a desk chair. I only stayed one night so didn't mention this. The walls may be thin, I am not sure. I asked for and received a very quite room, but the people next to me were speaking very loudly, partying. Eventually, the front desk called them and told them to take their party downstairs as it was quite hour. The bed was decent, the TV smallish and a bit far away. I could hear the ice machine just down the hall and the elevator doors opening and closing. I use a white noise machine when I sleep so it didn't bother me. Breakfast was good. No restaurant on site, no way to walk anywhere as the hotel site on a hill surrounded by a parking lot in a busy industrial area. Recommendation: bring a white noise machine, ask for a room in the rear of the property. If you want to eat dinner, plan in advance where to drive. Good for a one-night stay but I wouldn't stay here more than that.

Extremely outdated building reminding hostels in far away lands, bathroom is not just outdated with peeling paint, but tiny as if designed for hobbits. Very nice and helpful staff though, making it 3* instead of *
