Have been staying here off and on for a month while we move from a different state. Can’t say enough great things about this place or the owners! "The customer service was outstanding but when I walked into my room I was happier than I have been in any motel in Hutchinson throughout the last 4 years they are so clean I am a cleaner I've been one for 22 years and this was the first time and I don't know how long I didn't have to clean the bathroom before I took a bath and they are so nice"

"I used the Guide House for a personal retreat, and it was perfect for what I needed. Space to rest, relax, and read, and a kitchen to cook for myself. It was in a great location too, so it was a quick trip to the grocery store, to get what I needed.Benny communicated all the details I needed, and reminded me of checkout procedures the night before.I'd definitely come here again!"
