「Room cleaning needs improvement...」

「I could not satisfy one thing. I stayed #151, facility is excellent, clean and wide enough. However a vibration of smart phone propagae to my room from a room of 2nd floor. I had to wake up at early morning everyday, such as 5:30am.」

「The hotel overall was fine. The grounds are beautiful and the food was good. However, staff seemed distracted, dinner took an excessively long time, and it was hard to get help from the front desk (no one answering phones). They have LIMITED bikes so if you aren’t one of the first 4 people to get one, you’re out of luck. And as many have noted, the AC is extremely loud. Again the hotel is fine, but for the price and distance from downtown, they either need lower prices or ramp up the customer...

「It was cool」
