「Aamir, greeted us at the front desk upon our arrival. He explained the hotels amenities thoroughly, and when he finished with that, he made extensive recommendations on visiting Acadia National Park. Substantial breakfast options, and numerous afternoon snacks were a big plus. By all means, stay here!」

「Property wasn’t in the newest of style, but it was clean and in a good location. The pool was great. We were traveling to several locations on our trip and stayed in 5 different hotels, this was our favorite spot out of the larger chain hotels we booked with. 」

「This is a room in a lovely old farmhouse. I thought the description could have been more detailed: I wasn't quite sure what to expect. The room is on the second floor; the bathroom is private but down a short hallway. The property is in the country and very quiet. Restaurants and stores are in Ellsworth, and easy 20-25 minute drive. Hosts are lovely and not intrusive. 」

「We were two families, gathered for our son and daughter's wedding nearby, so it was great to have space to spread out and a nice big dining room and table for meals. The owner was ultra-responsive to needs and requests. 」

「The house was nice and the owner was great to deal with, she provided a lot of local knowledge on things to do. I will say that it is on a surprisingly busy road. But the horses were great and the family loved to give them apple slices and carrots. Overall I would recommend it to anyone looking for something like this. Also it’s not too far from Bar Harbor and Arcadia.」
