You will find everything you will need to make a top-notch meal in the well-stocked and maintained kitchen! Late night snack? Indulge while wrapped in a blanket by the Gas fireplace.







At night, You will find that sleep comes easy on any one of three King size beds after a relaxing bath in the Master Bathroom jetted spa.

This cabin location puts you close to all North GA has to offer. From shopping and fine dining to festivals and river rafting. North Ga is also home to several state parks, waterfalls, and nationally known hiking trails.

DOGS ONLY Guests are responsible for any damages that result from pets. No pets on furniture or in hot tub. Any delays in housekeeping because of pet hair on furniture, Guests agree to pay an additional housekeeping fee of a minimum of $25 with a maximum of $250.00 . Any pet hair found in hot tub or filter will result in a minimum charge of $100. This fee is non refundable.



Troutin' Along is a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom cabin that can sleep up to six (6) guests and offers the following:



King Master on main with private bath with walk-in shower and jetted tub

Upper-level communal bath with shower/tub combo

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:







Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide complimentary start-up supplies of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.







Required Fees include $170 Cleaning Fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, guest service fee, Coosawattee gate pass fee (not a physical pass it is for use of the resorts gates) and 15% lodging tax
