Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook, serve, and enjoy meals during your stay. Featuring stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker + Keurig, coffee bar, microwave, and all the essentials — crockpot, air fryer, pots, pans, dishes, dinnerware for children, it’s perfect for a cozy breakfast, a romantic wine-paired dinner night or a meal for the entire family.

Gather around the cozy dining table that comfortably seats your family — perfect for home-cooked meals, game nights, or sharing a bottle of local wine. The open layout keeps you connected to the kitchen and living room, making every moment feel inviting.

MASTER BEDROOM
Sink into our plush king-size bed dressed in crisp, high-thread-count linens. Enjoy bedside USB charging ports, adjustable reading lamps, and blackout curtains for a perfect night’s sleep. Dedicated workspace area plus large windows frame tranquil forest views, creating a serene retreat for two.

MASTER BATHROOM
Enjoy a spa-like experience in the master bath featuring a spacious walk-in shower, soft towels, and thoughtfully curated toiletries. Modern fixtures and a clean, calming design make it the perfect place to refresh and unwind.

BEDROOM 2
Perfect for families or groups, this cozy room features a twin-over-full bunk bed with an additional pull-out trundle. Sleeps up to four comfortably with soft linens, fun touches, and plenty of space for kids or extra guests to relax and recharge.

BATHROOM 2
This bright and clean full bathroom features a tub/shower combo, fresh towels, and essential toiletries. Conveniently located for guests in the second bedroom and common areas, it’s designed for comfort and easy refreshment.

OUTDOOR DECK
Step outside to the spacious outdoor deck, featuring a gas grill, a dining table for meals al fresco, and a comfortable sectional perfect for relaxing with friends or family. Soak in peaceful forest views and fresh mountain air—your ideal spot to unwind and connect with nature.

EXPANSIVE LOWER DECK
Enjoy the expansive lower deck with a fun cornhole game and plenty of seating for gatherings. Perfect for outdoor entertaining, relaxing, or enjoying the fresh mountain air with friends and family.

Pine and Cork is ideally located 3 minutes from the Rec Center featuring an indoor Olympic size swimming pool, a kiddie pool, pickleball, tennis court, game room, fitness center and an 18-hole miniature golf course in Coosawattee River Resort (CRR). CRR is a gated community with 24/7 security, a fishing pond, parks, 2 outdoor pools (Memorial Day - Labor Day) and the Coosawattee River which is ideal for tubing.

ACCESS
Guests have full access to the entire house—except the linen closet in the master bathroom and the unfinished basement.

RESERVATION POLICY
Must be 25 years or older to make reservation.

The cabin is equipped with a security camera that faces the driveway. The gas fireplace in the great room is only active October 1st - April 1st.

SECURITY
Ring doorbell and camera installed on the lower deck facing outdoor steps and driveway for added peace of mind during your stay.

Smoking of any type inside the property will result in a $500 minimum fine.

The cabin is stocked with the following starter supplies for your arrival:
-Toilet Paper
-Hand Soap
-Paper Towel
-Trash Bags
-Shampoo, condition, body wash, coffee pods, Brita water filter
Please make use of the nearby store to top up on the essentials for your day.

The roads to access the cabin are main roads; not steep and are accessible year-round by any vehicle.

Up to two dogs allowed, for a flat fee of $75 for the entire stay.

Candles are not allowed under any circumstance.

If available, early check-ins and late checkouts can be arranged at a cost of $30 per hour rounded to the nearest hour. Please message us for availability.
