"The Ivy Rose Cottage was very comfortable and creatively decorated. The kitchen is nicely supplied for cooking simple meals. The trains did not disturb us and were fun to watch, especially the Amtrak. Great pizza and local brewery in nearby Crozet plus an excellent Harris Teeter grocery. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for an out-of-town stay. "

"I loved my stay! The cottage was clean and cozy, and being able to use the hot tub was amazing. Ed and Betsy and all the animals were welcoming. The cottage was especially beautiful during sunrise. A very peaceful environment to stay in. "

"10/10 amazing property to stay at! Ferne and family went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was hassle free having everything available and ready for us to use when we got there. They even offered to start a fire for us while we were out getting dinner. It was extremely windy but the thought was incredibly nice. The vibe was loving and warm and I cannot wait to book another stay at this cottage again!! "
