Beautiful tiny house on 7 shady acres right on the main road in Elkhart. Fully equipped house with everything you need, in a cozy, quiet, country setting.

Located in Elkhart, it’s only a 2 minute drive to a Mexican restaurant, a pizza place, and several stores. It’s about 10 minutes to Palestine. So you have easy access to both.

** NEW ** Just completed star gazer deck! Situated perfectly in the trees, the deck is shaded in the afternoon, but open to the north east night sky for stargazing!
The space
The property is right off the main road but thick, natural forest has been left as a greenbelt to keep everything private and quiet.

The property is 7 acres of rolling hills and large hardwood trees, with lots of shade. A live creek runs along the northern border.
Guest access
The house is equipped with a keypad entry, the code will be emailed before you arrive

Nice cozy retreat for me and my wife on our anniversary. Comfy bed, the two AC units worked great! TV’s in both living room and bedroom. Games were left for residents to play. Definitely a 5 star. A couple things (very small things) could make it even better. Having a few suggestions of places to eat would be helpful. Those could be written down with the notes on the counter. I contacted the owners and they did suggest a Mexican restaurant in Elkhart. Great suggestion!! Also went to Giovanni’s in Palestine. Excellent. Maybe a roll of paper towels in the kitchen would be nice and even a curtain on the kitchen window. (That was from my wife… I didn’t care about the curtains!). Other than that, all the directions were spot on! Will certainly recommend to others and if we are ever going to Palestine again, this will be the first place I look for!!!

We had a fantastic time staying here! The place was clean and very cozy. Loved how comfortable the bed was and the fast wifi! We felt like we had everything we needed for our weekend here. Highly recommend, would stay again!

Secluded and quiet

My cousin and I enjoyed our stay very much. We were there for a concert, so we weren’t there much. Bed was so comfy, kitchen was stocked with utensils and cooking items. Very cute little place. Will stay again!!!
